Before Bordeaux became a name synonymous with Pesach excellence, Shai and Miriam Guetta were restaurateurs with a passion for great food and genuine hospitality. For over two decades, they built memorable dining experiences rooted in warmth, care, and connection — values that became the foundation of Bordeaux’s Pesach programs when they launched in 2018.
Guettaways is their next chapter, a natural extension of that same spirit, blending culinary expertise and heartfelt service with the serenity of Destin’s Emerald Coast. The name itself is a nod to the founders, and to the idea of a Pesach getaway done the Guetta way.
